[Openid-digital-directives] Alternating meeting times for DADE

DADE members,

Starting in the new year, we have scheduled alternating meeting times to
accommodate the EMEA and APAC regions with more friendly meeting times.

Beginning on January 8, 2025 we will hold a DADE CG meeting at 23:00 GMT
(10:00 EAT / 08:00 JST / 00:00 CET / 6 PM EDT / 3 PM PDT).  This new
meeting will alternate with the currently scheduled Friday meeting at
 15:00 GMT (02:00 EAT (Saturday) / 00:00 JST (Saturday) / 16:00 PM CET / 10
AM EDT / 7AM PDT).  Thanks to Mike Leszcz for his help in organizing the
meeting schedule.  We will hold one meeting every two weeks, alternating
between the Wednesday and Friday meeting times.

I hope the new schedule allows more of our colleagues in the APAC region to
attend regularly.
