Nathan,<br><br>While I haven't looked much at the provider side of the php-openid library, I suspect it's going to be the most robust and tested. I'm planning to add provider support for my <a href="http://pear.php.net/package/openid/redirected">PEAR</a> offering very soon for use on the <a href="http://php.net">php.net</a> sites, but that's likely a couple of months off. But I'd certainly welcome more use cases for it. :)<br>

I have a currently active website that I want to easily turn into an OpenID provider.<br>
I already have many active users, with their usernames and passwords stored in a MySQL database.<br>

I've looked around at the OpenID libraries out there and I get lost every time.<br>
First, few have support for "providers", as most of them are for consumers.<br>
Most of the provider libraries are stand-alone, meaning that they don't connect to my existing user table.<br>
And the very few that could theoretically handle my case have no documentation and no active community to help (<a href="http://framework.zend.com/manual/en/zend.openid.provider.html" target="_blank">http://framework.zend.com/manual/en/zend.openid.provider.html</a>) and (<a href="http://github.com/openid/php-openid" target="_blank">http://github.com/openid/php-openid</a>).<br>

Could anyone recommend an easy way to implement this? A tutorial or a library?<br>
