[Code] new projects for the libraries products and tools page from FusionAuth

Hi folks,

I wanted to suggest a few products and libraries for the OpenID.net site.

For the JWT/JWK/etc libraries page (https://openid.net/developers/jwt/) I'd
like to submit FusionAuth JWT (https://github.com/fusionauth/fusionauth-jwt
) which is a Java library for JWT management. It's released under the
Apache 2 license.

For the uncertified products page (
https://openid.net/developers/uncertified/ ) I'd like to submit FusionAuth
( https://fusionauth.io/ )

Looking at the page, it seems like this is the format:

FusionAuth is Authentication and Authorization built for devs.
License: Commercial
Relying Party: Yes - Uncertified
Identity Provider: Yes - Uncertified

I was unclear if there were any other steps I needed to take to get these
projects added. Please let me know. Full disclosure, these are both
projects of my employer.
