[Code] Glewlwyd OpenID and OAuth2 implementation

I'd like to introduce my project Glewlwyd SSO Server.

Glewlwyd is a lightweight Single Sign-On server, the backend API is
written in C. [1]

The original release provided an OAuth2 service with access tokens in
JWT format.

Today, the new release adds support for OpenID Connect core, and
multiple authentication schemes such as Web Authentication, HOTP/TOTP,
TLS Certificates, etc. And it supports multiple databases.

It's easy to run in containers or small devices.

Its community is dynamic and growing.

Would you consider adding it to the libraries page? [2]
