[Code] listing nodejs OP implementation

Hello,

Late last year i've gotten to have an OpenID Connect nodejs implementation
self-certified <http://oixnet.org/openid-certifications/filip-skokan/>. Now
this software is published <https://www.npmjs.com/package/oidc-provider>
and available <https://github.com/panva/node-oidc-provider> for use.

I would like this library listed in the Libraries, Products, and Tools
section of openid.net. The library only offers OP implementation.
