[Code] New software implementing OpenID Connect

Hello,

I am one of the developers of LemonLDAP::NG (http://www.lemonldap-ng.org),
a WebSSO and Access Control written in Perl. This is a free software (GPL).

Our last version (1.9.0) implements OpenID Connect as Relying Party and
OpenID Provider. You can find here the relevant documentations:
