[Code] listing nodejs RP implementation

Hello,

I have prepared a desperately needed openid connect client / RP
implementation for Node.js, this library is published
<https://www.npmjs.com/package/openid-client> and available
<https://github.com/panva/node-openid-client> for use.

I would like this library listed in the Libraries, Products, and Tools
section of openid.net. The library only offers RP implementation.

I would also like to point out the currently listed RP library
(passport-openidconnect) is outdated, not maintained anymore and lacks any
documentation on how to use it.
