[Code] Adding python library to OpenID website

Hi to all. Hope everything is fine.

Any chance of adding django-oidc-provider
<https://github.com/juanifioren/django-oidc-provider> to the Libraries
section <http://openid.net/developers/libraries/> of the official OpenID
website?.

Have tests, works with most of RP implementatios out there and have a
growing community.
