Hi Theresa,

You need to give us a bit more to work with. Do you mean "I'd like to let
my users login to my website using OpenID" or "I'd like to provide an
OpenID server to let my users login using credentials I store"?

The OpenID libraries provided in the OpenID group on GitHub will support
both methods in a variety of languages, but you need to give us a bit more
so we can help you.

Of course if your question was "which OpenID provider can I use today to
log in to a website?", then as you are a GMail user, you might want to use
this provider:

http://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id
