[Code] C++ library

Hi Alex,

>From the looks of things [1], the C++ library was actually a C#
library, incorrectly attributed. While the fix in the list was to list
the library only in the C# location, the C++ tag from the index wasn't
removed. You may find some useful code in the C# library, but it looks
like this was a mistake.

Could someone who can administrate that list, please remove the
incorrect entry from the list of languages?

[1] I found this by checking back over the "Wayback Machine" at
web.archive.org, and this was the link I found with the library still
listed in both C++ and C#:
