[Code] "Authentication error; not a valid OpenID." on my local PHP server

I am using "openid/examples/consumer/index.php" from http://github.com/openid/php-openid (JanRain PHP5 OpenId)

It works on my shared hosting
But can't understand why it doesn't works on windows-apache-php machine?
It throws "Authentication error; not a valid OpenID." for http://me.yahoo.com
Even for google the same thing
