[Code] php-openid on php 5.3.3 - is the project maintained?

Sounds good.
Regarding php-openid project (the one listed as PHP 5 support on the janrain
site), there are currently 31 open issues and 5 pull requests, the latter of
which date back to September. I may not be able to commit to maintaining
the project, but I could at least respond to pull requests if no one else
is.
