[Code] php-openid on php 5.3.3 - is the project maintained?

I will give a day or two for someone to reply to this, and then I am
going to start using the Zend or Pear project that Bill is working on.

I want to be clear. I support the projects that I rely on. If I was
having a strange issue or wanted a new feature in the library, I would
be happy to pay whoever the maintainer is in order to get things
moving. When I cannot pay I submit bugs or patches. I am not a
freeloader, but I do have some basic expectations from an Open Source
project that is not being met here.

I understand and respect that JanRain is not in a position to support
this library any more. However, if that is the case, then that
information should be on the git homepage for both libraries. If you
want an maintainer, you need to advertise for one, and warn away
those, like me, who uncomfortable working with an unsupported library.

If I knew what the hell I was doing with OpenID, I would consider
stepping up as maintainer myself. My learning what the hell I am doing
with OpenID might even be an option. But even then, I would be better
of contributing to Bill's project...

Last call on this one... is the php-openid project alive?
