topic we are deferring to the IIW board meeting is a status update on the certification program. We continue to get a continuing stream of certification requests for new implementations, such as by NEC, who contacted us to certify unprompted. NEC’s is a

as a short-term measure, we delete the reference to the Safe Harbor program. We then need work on a revised privacy policy. Tom believes we will be able to rely on a consent approach. Nat pointed out that we are already collecting all the personal data
