<b><font class="Apple-style-span" size="4">National Chapters</font></b><br><br>National chapters are special type of local chapter that fulfill the following requirements in addition : <br><ol><li>There shall be maximum of only one national chapter covering the jurisdiction. A national chapter may cover multiple jurisdictions. </li>
<li>National Chapters shall be registered at OIDF. It is the sole discretion of the OIDF board to approve the registration of a local chapter as a National Chapter.</li><li>OIDF shall grant a right to use the name OpenID Foundation X or OpenID X, where X stands for the name of the country (e.g., OpenID Foundation Japan, or OpenID Denmark.), to the National Chapters.</li>
<li>An OIDF member in a country X may choose to register at a National chapter X as well, in which case, the member has a right to direct maximum 80% of its OIDF membership fee to be spent in the corresponding jurisdiction. </li>
<li>National Chapters shall bear the duty to act as an agent for trademark policing in the jurisdiction.
