But my guess is that I'm not the only one in this boat, and that I'm not the only one who didn't catch the odd use of noon PST as the cutoff, and that allowing a 24-36 hour extension to accommodate confusion and technical issues is a reasonable thing to do that doesn't rock the boat too much. Process is useful, but it's a means to an end of having the foundation be successful, and if people think it's preventing good and useful things to happen, it's our duty to not let the process prevent us from doing the right thing.</div>
