unable to continue as OpenID Treasurer due to increased responsibilities at
Yahoo. Booz Allen Hamilton is interested in joining as a steering member,
with Mike Ozburn as their representative. Other potential members were
also discussed.</p>

Status Discussion</b></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt">Don will be
sending a poll to board members about progress on our objectives, call times,
and other topics. We discussed whether to obtain an EV cert for the
foundation. VeriSign will give us one for free. Doing so will
require a legal opinion letter, which Don will investigate obtaining. Don
is investigating establishing a relationship with a lawyer as our general council.
Some trademark work has begun.</p>
