<div><br></div><div>I've created submission forms for the OpenSocial Foundation CLA, the OpenSocial Foundation CCLA, and the OpenSocial Foundation Non-Assertion Agreement. In addition, in the interest of transparency and ease of shepherding, each form has a publicly viewable snapshot of the entries (sanitized so we're not publishing sensitive information like phone numbers).</div>
