* Elect officers and appoint Executive Committee<br>
* Schedule board meetings for 2009<br>

There is a board Google calendar that you can use to keep up-to-date<br>
on events for the OIDF board. This will be updated after the first<br>
board meeting to reflect our regular meeting schedule. You can learn<br>
