not been making it clear where the board meeting minutes are posted after<br>
they have been approved. Also, a two-week lag before approval and posting is<br>
a long time, especially for active topics.<br>

And a third point Nat makes is particularly ironic: the Liberty Alliance<br>
holds open board meetings (any Liberty member may attend) while the OpenID<br>
Foundation holds closed board meetings. The exception is executive sessions,<br>
of course, but Liberty schedules those separately.<br>

I think we strongly consider the same policy.<br>
