<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Hi all,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The local chapters policy draft below is
the result of substantial work by the local chapters committee, especially Nat
and Snorri. It is acceptable to the existing local chapters, allowing
them to agree to abide by the policy, which will then enable us to recognize
them as official local chapters of the OIDF. It is flexible and inclusive
while still enabling the OpenID Foundation to perform its mission of promoting
and protecting OpenID for the community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
