[OpenID board] axschema.org is down

Not sure when it expired, but axschema.org is down.

It's referenced in the AX spec, here:

http://openid.net/specs/openid-attribute-exchange-1_0.html#OpenID.axschema

<http://openid.net/specs/openid-attribute-exchange-1_0.html#OpenID.axschema>Any
ideas what we should do about this? Should we remove the reference? Should
we attempt to obtain the domain?
