I'm planning to make non-substantive changes to our paper contribution
agreement (
http://openid.net/wordpress-content/uploads/2010/01/paper-contribution-agreement-20100122.pdf)
such that it can be more easily executed electronically. These changes will
*ONLY* be formatting changes. No changes to the information collected or the
actual agreement will be made.



The goal is that someone can submit a contribution agreement for our working
groups via DocuSign or EchoSign thus reducing the barrier toward
participation.
