[OpenID board] Fwd: [OpenID Foundation] New Poll Will Open

But John, where are the documents being voted on?  As the board has not
received a full copy of them, I do not understand how the membership
would have either. Additionally, why would we ask the membership to vote
on this change when the full board hasn't yet seen it?
