[OpenID board] Update to the OpenID Foundation Website

I think that there is an option in our membership tool if you should be
listed.  Ideally we could pull the data out of it for individual members
based on this privacy setting.
I also think that we should change the order of the nav elements under
Foundation to become:
1) Sponsoring Members
2) Leadership
3) Membership Benefits
4) Chapters
5) Press Room
6) Contact

Brian, is that order alright with you?  I really like this page of awesome
logos being quite prominent.
