Attached for your review is a revised draft of First Amended and Restated Bylaws for OpenID Foundation (clean and marked to show changes), with changes based on our conversation last week and comments provided by David Daggett to the last draft.  The marked version is compared to the current bylaws of OpenID Foundation.

Please note that there are a few items marked in bold/brackets that need to be considered by you.
