[OpenID board] Perceptions of OpenID

Chris,
Would you want to lead the marketing committee effort to do this?

While I think we're all fairly agreed on what needs to happen, we  
haven't agreed on how to get there or found someone to execute.  I'd  
much rather find someone to execute and let them figure out how we get  
there rather than continue to disagree about how we get there and thus  
not make progress.
