Let us make this to an item for the next board meeting so that we can
make a motion to do it.

I am +1 on making transition as long as it can be done smoothly.
At the same time, we must make a habit of doing it a bit more formally
than just making move.

The same applies to the move to github from svn.openid.net.
(Though, this one may have some implication because it changes the domain name
 and github is harder to go through corporate firewalls.)
