[OpenID board] ICANN - dotOpenID Has Found Its First Sponsor

This looks very much like what has been discussed in XRI area.  
Whatever happens, I hope the domain will be associated with a never  
reused unique identifier and public key pair associated with it, and  
all the resolution happens securely.
