[OpenID board] Specifications Council Questions

The mailing lists are all archived, so that's actually better than the wiki as far as I'm concerned, because the archive never goes out of date.  Wikis are notoriously out of date because people don't tend to maintain them, whereas e-mail archives are always the truth at the time of posting and stay that way.  And stuff tends to be EASIER to find in the archives because all you need is search -- no navigation involved.

At least, that's how I tend to access the data when I need it.

P.S.  If you want to create a wiki page, go ahead.  I know that people have different styles for accessing information if you prefer that style, knock yourself out!  If you do please point me to it.
