[OpenID board] Call for talker in Portuguese conference

The OpenId Portuguese Team has the possibility to invite an element of 
OIDF for a presentation about  OpenID in a technological  event, Sapo 
Codebits, promoteb by Sapo.pt and Portugal Telecom.
