Martin, I apologize for asking this, but do you think, in general, it is
possible in the future, publish document more quickly, I mean in “24:00”
after the board's meeting...?  By finding a efficient timing solution

While the wiki is still unwritable (because it doesn't allow OpenID
signins), I've setup a PBWiki (which supports OpenID!) for us:
