[OpenID board] Request to change the Web Site Address etc.

Dear Board:

OpenID Foundation Japan (OIDF-J) is finally incorporated and now has a
new web site address:

http://www.openid.or.jp/

Here are the requests:

1. Please change "OpenID Japan" in the Chapters page
(http://openid.net/foundation/chapters/)to OpenID Foundation Japan (OIDF-J)

2. Current link is to http://openid.net/chapters/japan and shows an error.
Please change it to http://www.openid.or.jp/
