[OpenID board] Fwd: [OpenID] OpenID Board Election

FWIW, I just joined as an individual and was able to access the voting  
tool.  I wasn't able to nominate anyone other than myself (which I'm  
not interested in doing).  Was this intentional, i.e. that you  
couldn't nominate someone else until after they nominated themselves?
