[OpenID board] Who manages OpenID?

Mashable refers to an article on Center
Networks<http://www.centernetworks.com/openid-callverifid-strong-authentication>which
has been changed by now (it still has an error in the last paragraph
about ID Selector being launched by OpenID). Center Networks also had an
article <http://www.centernetworks.com/openid-launches-id-selector> on ID
Selector which made the claim.

I haven't seen similar claims anywhere else so far, though, so I also don't
think it is intentional by JanRain.
