It was mentioned in the meeting that we've had at least one quote from a 
supplier for the software we need. Presumably this means that someone's 
put together a set of requirements, or a proposal document, or some 
such. Would it be appropriate to share this, either generally on this 
list or just among the board?

Although obviously I know basically what we're looking for, I'd be 
interested to see the requirements in written form.
