[OpenID board] First board meeting of 2009 ...

In 2009: It would be nice if we could think about a regular date & time for
Board Meetings: 
e.g. every two weeks, every Thursday, etc.

That is Saturday morning and works for me.

For other possiblities for the regular meetings, I have sent the 
configurations in a previous mail.
