[OpenID board] First board meeting of 2009 ...

I'd like to make sure we schedule the first board meeting of 2009.
I'd like to propose 1/8/2009 at 11am PST as a potential time to do
this.

As an agenda we have at least the following to cover:

* Elect officers and appoint Executive Committee
* Schedule board meetings for 2009

I'm sure there are other things to add to this agenda so please
forward them along.

There is a board Google calendar that you can use to keep up-to-date
on events for the OIDF board.  This will be updated after the first
board meeting to reflect our regular meeting schedule.  You can learn

On January 1st, 2009 I'll update the board-private mailing list to
reflect the new board.  Please see:
