[OpenID board] Problem with Voting Tool

There is a problem with the voting tool:

Rather than radio inputs, you've used checkboxes, meaning that I can vote
for all three options. Is this correct?

As well, the language describing the vote could be made more clear (not to
mention answer the questions I posed in my previous email). Perhaps rather
than offering the hyperlinks as plain text, you could state "The
specification draft is available in [HTML] and [plain text] formats."

And, can you add an explanation for what voting for or against the extension
means?
