[OpenID board] Year-end financials

I might be daft, but can someone provide a link to the last public
disclosure of the OIDF's financials? I'm just curious what they currently
look like -- so that the new board isn't surprised when they take over.
I don't recall actually ever seeing documentation or a statement of where
the OIDF's financials are at.
