[OpenID board] Year-end financials

It's me again, on the same subject with a slight variation this time.

Given that we'll have a different board, and (perhaps) a different set  
of officers of the foundation in 2009, I would suggest that the  
current officers still prepare/oversee preparation of year-end  
financials, regardless of how the election goes.

Anybody agree or disagree?
