I'm interested to see how well it works for this case. In particular, I 
think for this case we actually *do* want to see who voted for what 
which isn't true for many of the community-voting use-cases.

Of course we'll also need to figure out if this is allowed by our bylaws 
and by the actual law.

Perhaps there's too much overhead to do this for this particular 
decision, but it's definitely something we should figure out. Using 
email for voting is clumsy and tends to get derailed by side-discussions 
making it hard to figure out who actually voted for what.
