[OpenID board] Voting validation & wording

Hmmm.

I think it should be fixed.

If you are going to be counting only the first seven votes if the voter
voted for more than seven, it would mean that the system is favouring the
candidates with his name up in the list.

Also, when I was demo-ing the user registration of OIDF at a seminar, I got
this error:

       The change you wanted was rejected.

       Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.

and could not proceed. Is this normal? How can I demo?
