[OpenID board] Staying signed in to openid.net

[Chris Messina]

Is there a reason why it seems like every time I return to the
openid.netelection app, I've been signed out?
Fortunately signing back in is fairly smooth, it just seems like I shouldn't
have to be doing this all the time.
