[OpenID board] Trademark problem?

BTW, I specifically meant the trademark issue in this case. Of course
except sending the lawyers over, I can't see what should be hidden here,
this is a straightforward issue which might touch many already
participating here and an issue which will come up in the future as well.
The other two issues Dick covered are/might be obviously crucial for the
OpenID foundation, it's certainly difficult to accept that it remains
private knowledge so far.
