[OpenID board] next board meeting

I believe I will only be able to dial for part of the board meeting  
on Thursday as I'm traveling.

If there is a vote on moving forward in some fashion on the IPR  
policy, I'd like to express that I'm very supportive. It's important  
we get this wrapped up.
