Given we did not have a quorum of voting members on the call today, we
decided it would be best to
  - reduce the frequency of calls
  - thereby increasing the commitment of directors to be present for
those fewer calls.

Could board members please respond to the list on which of the following
dates you will be able to make the next call, and commit to
attending:
     Thu Jun 7th
     Thu Jun 14th
     Thu Jun 21st
     Thu Jun 28th
