I don't have a problem with frequency, it is availability.

I have meetings to attend that are not in my control, currently all  
of these times work, but they may not in the future.

May I suggest we drive an agenda as well for the next meetings and  
that when circulating it we can get confirmation that people will be  
able to attend?
