Regarding status of incorporation:

The expectation is that everyone will have signed and faxed the unanimous
consent form by COB today.  Please acknowledge if you have completed this
task or give a date by which it will be possible to sign and fax the form.
Scott sent out the form  yesterday.

Once these are in hand, hopefully that's today, then David Connell can file
