Scott, I think that with the major announcements since our last meeting, the
issue Dick raises of how the OIDF should/should not "speak on behalf of the
community" is one we need to discuss this week.

We have our regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday coming up.

Please respond to this note with any additions to the agenda.  So far I
have:

* Look over by-law options as per Bill/Dick
* Johannes reviews policy and procedures
* Discussion on IPR?

Bill will be moderating (I think this goes without saying but I'll say it
anyways).
